Inservio File Sharing System (FSS) Conditions of Use

These Conditions of Use, your Organisation’s Master Services Agreement, and the Inservio Privacy Policy are collectively referred to as the "Terms” and govern your access and use of the File Sharing System provided by Inservio Pty Limited (Inservio).

By activating your File Sharing System user account, you agree to the Terms.

  1. Your Account

1.1 You will need to activate your user account to access Inservio’s File Sharing System.

1.2 To activate your user account, follow the instructions provided in the email that was sent to your email address.

1.3 Your email address will be your username for Inservio’s File Sharing System.

1.4 You will need to provide your first and last name, and mobile number to set up your account.

1.5 Your mobile number will be used for two factor authentication purposes only.

1.6 You will need to select a password.

1.7 Each user account is for a single user only. You are not allowed to share your account credentials or give your account credentials to anyone else.

1.8 We may cancel or suspend your access to Inservio’s File Sharing System if you share your account credentials.

1.9 Inservio will never ask you to share your password.

1.10 By activating your user account, you consent to receive notifications from Inservio electronically to the e-mail address provided to us.

1.11 You may not share, make available or otherwise give access to others, information accessible via the Inservio’s File Sharing System.


2. Permitted User

2.1 As a Permitted User of Inservio’s File Sharing System, you agree to:

(a) select a password that is robust, unique and cannot easily be guessed;

(b) keep secure your password to Inservio’s File Sharing System;

(c) not share with others your password to Inservio’s File Sharing System;

(d) immediately notify Inservio via Privacy@inservio.com.au of any known or suspected unauthorised use of your user account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure of your password;

(e) change your password regularly;

(f) change your password promptly upon Inservio’ request;

(g) not allow others to log into Inservio’s File Sharing System using your account credentials;

(h) access and use Inservio’s File Sharing System only in accordance with these Conditions of Use, your Organisation’s Master Services Agreement, and the Inservio Privacy Policy;

(i) notify Inservio via Privacy@inservio.com.au when you no longer require access to Inservio’s File Sharing System;

(j) notify Inservio via Privacy@inservio.com.au when you become aware that a user in your Organisation no longer requires access to Inservio’s File Sharing System;

(k) notify Inservio via Privacy@inservio.com.au if you have access to data for which you are not authorised to access, including data not related to your Organisation;

(l) be responsible for all usage or activity on your account with Inservio’s File Sharing System. Any fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account;

(m) be solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability of the information that you provide for your user account creation;

(n) use Inservio’s File Sharing System for legitimate business purposes only;

(o) use Inservio’s File Sharing System in accordance with Inservio’s lawful and reasonable instructions;

(p) not gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to, or alter or attempt to modify, Inservio’s File Sharing System, or any other customers' systems, information, or data; and

(q) report to Privacy@inservio.com.au any violations of the Terms as soon as you become aware of them.

2.2 For information on how Inservio collects, holds, uses, and discloses your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy located at www.inservio.com.au/privacy.

2.3 If you provide to Inservio the email address or other personal information of a Permitted User in your Organisation, only do so after you have told them you are disclosing their personal information to Inservio, and you have their consent to do so, and you have directed them to the Inservio Privacy Policy if requested.


3. Revision

3.1 Last updated: 06 September 2022

3.2 Inservio may change, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the website www.inservio.com.au/fss-cou or otherwise providing notice to you. By continuing to use Inservio’s File Sharing System after the effective date of any modifications to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to each use of Inservio’s File Sharing System.

3.3 If any of the Terms, or any future changes, are unacceptable to you, you may (i) cancel your user account and/or (ii) discontinue your use of Inservio’s File Sharing System. Your continued use of Inservio’s File Sharing System now, or following the posting of updated Terms, will indicate acceptance by you of such Terms, changes, or modifications.
